Film grain overlays
Every grain plate here sits on a flat 50% grey base. That matters: in Overlay or Soft Light blend mode, 50% grey is invisible, so only the grain itself touches your photo. No colour shift, no contrast jump.

The plates are named the way film stock is: by speed. Low ISO means small, tight grain you notice only on a big print. High ISO and pushed plates are coarse and clumpy, like Tri-X shot at night and pushed two stops in the developer.
Tip: grain looks most natural when it is slightly stronger in the shadows. Add the plate, set it to Overlay, then paint a soft mask that lets more grain through in the darker areas.
